FAQ's
Q:  I have never done Yoga before, where do I start?
A:  Yoga is for everyone.  I would recommend you go to a Gentle Hatha class to start.

Q:  What type of yoga do you teach?
A:  I teach a Vinyasa Class, a Gentle Yoga and a Yoga for beginners.

Q:  How often should I go to Yoga?
A:  You can start off with once a week and gradually increase to every day.

Q:  My wrists are weak, can I still do Yoga?
A:  A lot of the poses are done with the hands on the floor, but not all of them, there are also standing poses.  Yoga will strengthen your wrists.

Q:  Where do you teach?
A:  I teach a Yoga Course at The Letchworth Settlement during term time.   I can also come to your home and do 1 to 1 or 1 to 2 classes.  I teach a gentle online Yoga class on a Tuesday morning at 7:30am for 30 minutes.   I also teach Les Mills BodyBalance (a mix of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi, choreographed to music) and Yoga at various gyms.

Q:  I am not comfortable in a class environment, can you do a 1:1 with me?
A:  Yes, I can do online sessions or in person sessions with you.  You can buy a batch of sessions and it works out cheaper than buying individual sessions.

Q:  I enjoyed one of your classes, how do I give feedback?
A:  Please go to Yoga Alliance Professionals and leave a review on my profile.

Yoga is so much more than an exercise class. There are many depths to Yoga. The 8 limbs of Yoga all compliment each other.
