Sarah has been practising yoga for many years. Desiring to deepen her yoga practice and qualify to teach it, in 2022 she studied with the Akasha Yoga Academy.
As part of her advanced teacher training Sarah has discovered a deep connection with yin yoga - she gently guides her students into the postures, helping them to tune into the needs of the body and mind in that moment. The purpose of Sarah's yin classes are to provide a deeply restorative and nourishing experience for body and mind.

Dawn has experience in treating elite rugby players. She is passionate about helping people from all walks of life. Whether you are training for an event or you just need a full body MOT she is here to help. Her father suffered a spinal injury in 2009 . She saw first hand how massage therapy assisted him and other patients in their recovery. She fascinated by human anatomy and physiology and how beneficial sports massage is to everyone. In her free time I enjoy anything that involves being outdoors. She looks forward to meeting you and devising your bespoke treatment plan to help you achieve your goals. [email protected]

Amy's entry into group exercise began in 2012 as a participant. She enjoyed a wide range of fitness classes at her local gym after finding that group exercise can offer a combination of physical, social, and psychological benefits that make it an enjoyable and effective way to stay active and healthy. Becoming a fitness instructor in May 2022 with BodyCombat then BodyBalance in January 2023, she teaches regularly in Hitchin and Luton and covers classes in the surrounding area.

He also uses hypnosis to teach the mind new patterns of thinking and feeling and behaving that make life more comfortable and less stressful. He works in a way that is tailored very much to the individual client and their needs rather than the problem issue itself, and has been helping clients with a wide variety of unwanted thoughts, feelings, and behaviours since 2011.
