Personal Training is just that. Personal. When you turn up to a session, I am aware that you may feel uncomfortable, unsure and that you want to be safe, but also work hard enough to get stronger. I work with the person in front of me, on the day that you are there. We all have good days and bad days and sometimes training is what you need to improve your day. As a Personal Trainer, it is my job to design a programme for you that will progressively get you stronger. Also to select exercises (or variations thereof) that are appropriate for you and that you enjoy and are more likely to work out with between sessions with me. I tend to work with individuals over 40 and have experience of working around injuries and conditions that sometimes stop people from working out.
