ONLINE COACHING

I recognise that there are some people who are motivated enough to get on with their workouts with minimal supervision.  There are also some people who know their way around a weight's room, but don't have the time or energy to plan workouts.

So for those of you who are motivated and able to get going, we do a monthly check-in to make sure you are progressing, change your programme up and answer any questions you may have.  

For those of you that go the gym anyway, but want to get more out of it, a programme that is targeted to you and your goals is helpful for you to keep your training on track.  

If you are not sure you are doing it right, then I can do a form check via video, although hopefully the online session gives you enough information to have good form with your workouts. 

If you know you need a hand with your nutrition, to clean it up and to get some tips on eating better, I can do a nutritional analysis to help you to eat healthier and fuel your workouts correctly.  


How it works:
  • We can start with a free 15 minute chat, if we think we can work together, then we have a full consultation (no charge).  
  • We agree a mututally available time slot for your monthly check-ins.
  • We meet monthly via zoom.
  • I plan your workouts for the following month during our session and I teach you any new exercises to perform. Some working out may be necessary during the session, but on the whole it is likely to be split 50/50 with talking, planning answering questions and working out, so come prepared to work out.   
  • Batches of sessions available to purchase, payment is made via bank transfer.
  • We do regular (every 6 months) reviews, no extra charge for the reviews. 
  • You are able to come to my online classes for free.
  • Optional extras:

    • Weekly video form critique  (recommended 1 week in 4)
