ONLINE COACHINGI recognise that there are some people who are motivated enough to get on with their workouts with minimal supervision. There are also some people who know their way around a weight's room, but don't have the time or energy to plan workouts.
So for those of you who are motivated and able to get going, we do a monthly check-in to make sure you are progressing, change your programme up and answer any questions you may have. For those of you that go the gym anyway, but want to get more out of it, a programme that is targeted to you and your goals is helpful for you to keep your training on track. If you are not sure you are doing it right, then I can do a form check via video, although hopefully the online session gives you enough information to have good form with your workouts. If you know you need a hand with your nutrition, to clean it up and to get some tips on eating better, I can do a nutritional analysis to help you to eat healthier and fuel your workouts correctly.
