  • Basic package: £160 per four weeks.
    • 4 x 40 minute video check-ins
    • 4 x weekly bespoke programme
  • Optional extras:
    • Nutritional analysis £10 per week. (recommended 1 week in 4)
    • Weekly video form critique £10 per week.  (recommended for the first 4 weeks, then every second week)
    • Email support £10 per week. (messages responded to within 48 hours)

Online Classes...

I have recognised that people like to have a choice of online or in-person classes.  To this end, I plan to start online classes from Monday 14th November 2022 to run through the winter.  To let me know your preferred times/durations and class types, please take this survey and get the first online class free plus a free pass for a friend.
