What I do
Proudly Neurodiverse, allow me to share all the different "strings I have to my bow".
I trained as a Personal Trainer between 2019 and 2022, stopping along the way to qualify as a Les Mills BodyPump and BodyBalance instructor. Developing relationships with various gyms along the way, I still do cover classes, teaching Gentle Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Freestyle Weights Classes and Core Classes. I teach to the level of the people in front of me. I can push people hard, but also take injuries, and chronic issues into account when training. Please note that if you are training in a class environment, I will do my best to accomodate, but sometimes, a one to one may be better. I train Personal Training clients online and in my home studio, Haven which is based in Clifton in Bedfordshire. I have now also started mentoring other Yoga Teachers and Fitness Instructors who are new to the industry. I am available for private hire, giving talks on health and wellness as well as an introduction to Yoga. I also teach online classes on a Tuesday and Thursday morning. 3 x 30 minute classes. Starting with Gentle Yoga at 7:30am, then Dumbbells at 8:15am and ending with Foam Rolling at 9:00am. These classes are all £5 each. If you plan to attend all of them, I can offer a monthly plan, which includes discounted monthly 1 to 1 PT sessions. I also do dog walking, dog sitting and cat sitting. I have a few long-term clients and enjoy the relationships built with these animals. I don't do 'pack walks' instead focussing on one to one relationships with animals. |
