Sarah Neale is a Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist and a Group Fitness Instructor.  She has 4 years of experience teaching group fitness and Personal Training in gyms and online.

She combines these skills in addition to a wealth of life experience to bring together a holistic approach to wellness.  She is a qualified first-aider.
