If you don't like the gym floor and want to train in private, this is an ideal solution for you. I am a qualified Personal Trainer and so design a workout for you, ensure you are using proper form, get the weight/intensity/reps just right and then give you a programme to go away and work on until the next session, where I will progress you to get you stronger.
Many of my clients feel more confident to use the gym after a few sessions with me, but that isn't always the goal. Just getting that workout done is more important than forcing you into an environment that you may not be comfortable in.
