  • YouTube tutorial on how to use the app. (3 mins)
  • Add me as a friend.
  • Go to 'settings' scroll down to the bottom, diary sharing/friends only.
  • When you have completed your food diary for the day, client on 'complete diary' and then I will be able to see it. 
  • Customise your goals in the app. (Ask Sarah to give you your "Macros".
