Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, Fitness Instructor. Sarah Neale teaches classes online and in person in and around the Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire areas as well as training individuals on a 1:1 basis online and in person in her home studio 'Haven' in rural Bedfordshire.
Working in the fitness industry since 2020, injury brought her to the gym and when she realised the physical and mental benefits of exercise, she decided to make it her job, so that she could share the benefits of daily movement with others. |
Sarah spent most of her 30's skydiving, competing as a 'camera flyer' and winning medals at national level. She has experience of physical and mental preparation for performance under pressure.
In Sarah's 'previous life' she worked in the corporate world, supporting C-suite individuals on a day to day basis with their admin and project management.
In 2026, Sarah is running a new class "RESIST" a resistance band class for anyone wanting to work on their muscle and bone strength.
She has also now started doing the Level 3 Exercise Referral Course as a gateway to the Level 4 'Back Pain' course as she would like to specialise in helping people who, like herself, suffer from back pain.
